OpenAI Chief Sam Altman Makes Appearance in His High-Stakes Court Bout with Elon Musk | Law.com
In his testimony Tuesday, Altman said he had concerns about Musk’s attempts to gain more control over OpenAI, which he said company leaders felt should be under any individual person. He described what he called a “particularly hair-raising moment" when a co-founder asked Musk what would happen to control when he dies. Altman said Musk’s response was that maybe the control should “pass to my children.”
