Claude AI is experiencing a possible outage Wednesday, with thousands of users reporting issues, according to Downdetector.com. More than 7,000 users had reported problems with the platform as of 8:02 a.m. PT, according to Downdetector, which tracks outages by collecting status reports from multiple sources. Most users reporting problems to Downdetector said they were experiencing Claude Chat issues. Claude’s status checker says that they are investigating the issue. Update at 8:08 a.m. More than 9,000 users have reported an issue with Claude AI. The status checker now indicates that a “fix is being implemented.” Update at 8:25 a.m. More than 15,000 users have now reported an issue with the platform. The status checker now says, “The Claude API has fully recovered as of 8:01 PT / 16:01 UTC. We are currently working on mitigating the ongoing errors for Claude AI.
