Drake State and AWS-Machine Learning University Brings Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to the Classroom

Drake State Community & Technical College is participating in the AWS–Machine Learning University Educators Consortium and Transformation Alliance. The college is one of 14 historically Black institutions working to broaden access to artificial intelligence and machine learning education in Alabama. The meeting culminated in the formation of the Alliance for AI and Machine Learning, a groundbreaking initiative co-led by Dr. Calvin Briggs of the Southern STEM Center and Dr. Majed Dweik of Alabama A&M University.
