Why would Claude give me the same response over and over and give others different replies?

I asked Claude to "generate me a random word" so I could do some word play. Then I asked it again in a new prompt window on desktop after selecting "new chat" and it gave me the same word again. So I asked a new window again. Same reply. So I posted on Reddit as one does. It seems other people got different words, weird. So I asked Claude again, and again, and again.
