About AFLALO

AFLALO is on a mission to build the world’s first AI-native fashion brand. The company is focused on automating workflows, embedding intelligence into operations, and replacing human coordination with scalable systems.

About the Role

We're hiring an AI Engineer early in their career who wants to grow quickly. You will work alongside our Founding AI Lead and VP of Ecommerce, Finance & Operations to use AI-native development to solve business problems more efficiently than traditional engineering teams.

Location: Remote / Global — In-House or Freelance considered for the right person.

We're building an engineering team with high standards and a sense of urgency. If you're eager to learn and want to contribute to building something from the ground up, this role is for you.

What You’ll Build

  • Data infrastructure: Create a single source of truth for the entire business, consolidating data from commerce, production, financials, etc., into a clean, scalable layer.
  • Financial tooling: Develop automated forecasting and planning tools that reflect real-time business movements.
  • Operational automation: Implement agents that manage repetitive tasks such as inventory restocking and workflow triggers without human intervention.

What We're Looking For

  • You use AI-native tools like Claude Code or Cursor regularly.
  • You can transform a business problem without a tech spec into a working solution.
  • You are comfortable with databases and APIs, having built integrations and worked with SQL or Postgres.
  • You think in systems, valuing architecture, data integrity, and maintainability.
  • You write clean code that is maintainable by others.
  • You thrive in ambiguity and take ownership of your work.
  • Experience level is less important than output.

Schedule: Full-time
