High-Impact AI Opportunity at a Leading Private Equity Firm This is a rare chance to join a high-visibility AI buildout with strong backing from the President, CEO, and CTO. AI is a core strategic priority, and you’ll have the sponsorship, budget, and influence to make a real impact across the business. The firm is building a dedicated AI team across two divisions and hiring 2 roles, AI Enablement and AI Engineering. Real estate experience is a plus, but not required. Comp Is competitive but based on experience. AI Enablement (Business-Facing AI Lead) • Drive AI adoption across the firm and influence strategy from day one • Evaluate off-the-shelf AI products vs. internal builds and shape deployment • Translate commercial needs into technical execution between business and data teams • Identify workflow opportunities across modeling, forecasting, and planning • Design and influence the firm’s AI architecture • Work closely with leadership and heads of business units Applied AI Engineer • Hands-on role: spin up AI-powered products end-to-end • Integrate LLMs into production systems and develop AI agents • Ensure solutions are practical, usable, and drive real business value • Partner with data engineers to productionize and refine AI workflows Technical Requirements: • Strong Python experience, with hands-on LLM, prompt engineering, and RAG experience • Familiarity with Snowflake, Databricks, vector databases, GraphQL, and ML workflows • Cloud experience (AWS preferred; transitioning to Azure) • Exposure to Cortex AI or similar tools is a plus If you’re excited about shaping the AI strategy at a leading private equity firm and believe you’d be a strong fit for one (or both) of these tracks, I’d love to speak with you.
