What You'll Do
- Design, build, and deploy AI models to power autonomous sales agents.
- Develop and optimize LLM pipelines for real-time, personalized outreach.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into the platform.
- Lead prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and multi-agent architectures.
Requirements
- 4+ years of commercial experience in AI/Machine Learning.
- Experience building and shipping AI/ML models (e.g., LLMs, RAG pipelines, NLP applications).
- Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience with vector databases and tools like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a builder’s mindset.
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus.
Compensation
- Salary: $180,000–$240,000 a year.
- Schedule: Full-time.
